I would like to improove the mainsite a bit - your ideas are welcome...
I suppose you could always make it a bit colourful- meaning, the uni-colour looks...boring (sry abt that) but what am I to do? U and I know it is a very cool place, but how 'bout new ppl there who are visiting there for the first time? they might not be very intrested (i was like that too). Make it a little colourful, a few pictures in background here and there.

Background music would annoy me like hell >.<. People listen to their own music, and having 2 songs overlap is seriously annoying.

No sorry. I totally agree to Silva - guys can listen to their own music, and actually music means our traffic goes up like hell - which is bad since I want it to go down somehow 
How about fix the download problem (it've been a really long time since the last time i can actually download something)?

This has little to do with the mainsite in general. This is a server problem and bandwidth-exceeding-thing.
Download problem has already been fixed...

have to correct you a bit: fixed for all downloads, only versions and official versions are only fixed on english site, not german...

How about updating the theme a little bit? It's kinda...standard. Why not make it a little more...what's the word...new? Like a next generation theme or something. It's kinda hard to explain but I hope you kinda get what I mean.
