i like x-men so me and my brother decided to make a MOD based on x-men.

STORY
a newly developed secret base's main job is to capture and experiment on mutants in order to find a way to transform regular humans to create super humans and use them for their own personal gain. little do they know that they have captured two of the strongest mutants in the world. when these mutants escape it creates a great catastrophe because they wish to create new world where only mutants are dominant and anyone that would stand in their ways are dead. A NEW ORDER

Although I'm not too much of an X-man fan, it looks great so far! I don't know much about spriting, so I can't give you any suggestions sorry.

it's been a while but i added some new stuff.

I like your facepic as a draft, but you need to smoothen it a little, it looks kinda... pixelated
Same with the sprites, you need to blur the shades a bit

yah i always do that i tend to wait later on to shade them (when i'm done with all if them)

totally ok so far but who was used as base for pheonix? john right?

and, it's totally ok that cyclopes hair is moving while he is walking... but why his shoulders? I think that you should fix that...

it looks really cool but that cyclops face pic looks a bit odd

Nice project but the face of Cyclop is not goood but his stand sprite and attack sprite looks like good
