Not a picture but a video. New Personal Record on the deadlift, which I'm really happy about :) Finally reached 200kg after years of training :D

Man, you are amazing! Deadlifting is realy dangerious excersise.

Thanks for the compliment :) It's not all that dangerous if you do it right, but very few people are doing it right.. I did it entirely wrong in the past as well, and even now I can do it with perfect technique on normal weight, my knee is still going inward on this heavy lift. But that's also part of the sport: find your weaknesses and work on your imbalances :) Training has helped me a lot to overcome postural problems and muscle imbalances. So I won't stop untill I (almost) drop :p
What could happen if you do it wrong other than not being able to lift it? How dangerous can it get?

A hernia is probably the worst thing that could happen (of all the common problems). But as long as you lift symetrical with a relatively straight (lower) back, that is very unlikely to happen.

I tried 220 but couldn't keep my back straight, so I dropped the weight. Safetly first :p
