These sprites look rather stiff and unnaturaly moving. Not to mention monkey arms in the animation.
But keep going, maybe you will find someone to help you.

Its a different style of spriting..
There already exist tons of naruto mods like this, most famous named NTSD II, maybe ask them if they are in need of another spriter
