While it IS good, the arms need some work. The left arm is too short with a weird muscle structure compared to the second one. The rest is finely done btw.
And oh, you might would like to detail the fingers more, or simplify it to a round fist for a more LF2 style.

^ Actually it was a pose drawn by hell fighter XD i too noticed the left arm is bit too long but i thought it would be the character's quality and drew over it.

You might want to improve the shoes as well,it looks quite good though,the shoes are somewhat bulky.

I can see some improvements in the shading,but the shoes still are bulky,you need to improve on those.

u might want to connect the right hip side with the spinal cord (the backside)
the torso looks like it's separate from his pants...IMO
