You are sure? As far as i know, the game randomly drops the IDs of the weapons from the sky, hardcoded process. And i'm sure to read somewhere, that disabling one of the IDs will cause the game to crash, since it will still try to spawn it... It can't drop anything that isn't present. You can remove the line of text from data.txt.
