clothes and... hat(?) needs more shading, base looks good, muscles are abit wierd though

Look cool. Maybe make his shirt a bit darker? The arms are a bit narrow while the upperboddy is wide(maybe its just me). If you wanted that make his head wider so he looks like a classical american movie cop.
