HAHA DUDE! u have IMPROVED A LOT WITH SHADING!! . The shading of HIS right arm is awesome as hell. The falme is also nice. Except for few flaws with perspective and some in hands, it is a good sprite... Show something more like this whaat.

You definetely need some contrast on his skin...he's just too pale for my linking
it's also rather small...though a lot of ur sprites are like it
i kinda played around with the bigger size for the dimensions and i think u could do alot using a 108x108 with the face alone
of coarse it'll need some adjustments here and there...but thats just my opinion
-so just edit the left side of his face +mouth/nose with a high contrast so we can see them better
-i can't say too much about his neck, but it definetely looks awkward
in that case i think u should have spaced out his back side to the right side so his body doesn't look too stiffly straight it also makes for a good pose
