Nice sprite dude. But , i have to put before a few things to help ya improve.
- There are some dirty excess of pixels below the boots which makes it look a bit odd . But it doesnt matter. Even though it doesnt matter , u must see that , u can go rough with shading and not at outlines. Even 2 pixel of excess pixel will matter.. correct me if am wrong
- Am sad u didnt concentrate on lightings. It always has something to play with feeling (hope u get what i mean..) . Every source has a point of source. The intesity decreases with increase in distance of light travelled from the source.

(i have also added guides. It might be right or totally wrong. just ignore that.)
See some tut like HF's tut for adding highlights to get it detailed.
But this is a very good sprite in general.

here is a revamp of one of bob's sprites, we revamped the same sprite but the outcome got very different, i wanted to stick to the origional design^^
