A bit more than 2 hours, but on sprites with resizing i could spend even 4 and effect was worse.

Ok, first- the red and blue color does not look good with each other...you know? Maybe try a darker color...like bandit's red and blue color.
And I really like the hair.

colors are fine, well atleats my phone shows it
I think his shoulders are to high or his arms could be bit longer.

He's the final boss of that game - don't draw him like a regular little fighter.
He needs to be at least as buff as Celsius, Magnus or even Julian.

Again tried to get as close to lf style as I can, but this time in original size.

Yes.
Could use more colour contrast on the hair and more shape contrast around waist and hands/arms (he's just a blob there while his posture in the game is pretty pronounced).

also, sprite looks very blurry and its hard too see a contrast between some colors because of that
