Pretty sweet shading and design.
For me it looks little too much candy-like sweet ;D.
Seems like you haven't used enough contrast in pants shading.
I find his right fist wrong drawn and his left boot wrong shaded.
So far so good
. Best of yours for me. (well, actually hard to say, since you haven't made it all by yourself)

It really looks like PF's sprite :/ maybe you made the idea and PF made the sprite? Dunno, but it just doesn't just look like your sprite :/
