That looks cool! You might want to make the legs a lil' bit thinner, and add more details to the bandana (?)
The left arm looks weird tho, it's shorter than the right one, it should be equal.

Blablabla, quite a nice sprite, well shaded (sorta, anyway), but the major thing is....why does he have a hole in his pants where his groin is? First thing I noticed XD

Something to say-fix the shading on the hair. It's just one big blob now, and no indivual strand of hair are present.

PEPSI MAN! I used to play that ps1 game featuring him. Loved that a lot *rolls over the floor*
You might would like to reshape him to... well... he has no clothes, right? And remove the visible cloth foldings.
The logo looks nice tho.
