Hmn, my personal taste would require something else but I see that you know what yu are doing :)
But you also should avoid some pillow kind a shading :)

after seeing arcanes sprites i got motivated to sprite something on my own,
i redesigned one of my first chars i ever did :D

looks great, I just thought the arm holding the staff looks a bit cracked, it should go more in a line I think (foreshortening happening here ?!)

Really digging this one! Separation between her right leg and her left foot is a bit difficult to grasp and I agree with @Arcane about the arm-bending but the overall design in terms of proportions, colors, and pose really sell it!

Her right calf is seems to bend in a somewhat unnatural way, maybe try to tone it down a bit and keep the leg a bit straighter. Other than that, execution is top-notch! :)
