RE: RPG Adventure: The Return! - TheNave - 09-06-2011

1) wasting my mps to blind those guys using my Blinding Ray spell and run
2) offer money

we don't have time to fight :/

RE: RPG Adventure: The Return! - Ramond - 09-06-2011

Since you ninja'd my edit, just reminding that I updated the world map yet again :P

RE: RPG Adventure: The Return! - Bamboori - 09-06-2011

no money id say, if blinding doesnt succeed we have to try another option.
maybe try to trick them first, if no success blinding them, if no success fighting (can we run in fight? lol) and ending the fight as quick as possible.

cause if drahcir is sold as slave we should buy him, or we will cause great trouble for stealing him from his seller in town.

RE: RPG Adventure: The Return! - SirFrog - 09-07-2011

Going on with the plan so forth, agree with no money and in case we need to battle, I will attempt to fire an Ice Bolt to freeze whoever is the closest or look the most threatening.

RE: RPG Adventure The Return! - Ramond - 09-07-2011

Nave: We must try to lose them. Fire all you got! On my command.
???: Last warning!
Blue Phoenix: Back off!
Nave: One, two, THREE!

Nave fires a Blinding Ray (-16 MP) into the enemies' direction, SirFrog casts an Ice Bolt (-15 MP), snorsorbet launches an Energy Zap (-14 MP), Purplecat growls uncontrollably and Bamboori fires an arrow. The enemies are surprised enough and jump back for a second.

???: Ack! You fools. You'll regret messing with us.

The main bandit turns around and looks for the adventurers, but they seem to have vanished without further notice.

Bamboori: It was a good idea to hide behind these bushes and work our way forward from here.
Blue Phoenix: Yep. Let's just hope we'll get forward fast enough to be able to backtrack to the road without having them at our necks.
SirFrog: The possibility of that is pretty low.
Simon: I have a feeling that we might be a little too late for your paladin if we don't hurry.
Nave: We should be careful that we don't go too deeply into the forest. Right now, I have no idea where the road could be.
Blue Phoenix: Well, let's check our map and evaluate.

RE: RPG Adventure: The Return! - TheNave - 09-07-2011

waaait, I have the ability to sense people, so we should be able to avoid those guys if I pay enough attention, and ye, turining left to get on that path again?

RE: RPG Adventure: The Return! - SirFrog - 09-07-2011

*agrees*

RE: RPG Adventure The Return! - Ramond - 09-09-2011

Nave: We should turn left already, otherwise we might get a little too far off.

After a while the group indeed reaches the road again and they follow it until they finally reach a town.

snorsorbet: This must be it!
SirFrog: Well, I guess we made it in time. Or did we?
Blue Phoenix: Well, it looks as if the town's died out. Where is everybody?
Bamboori: Maybe we're too late and they're selling the slaves already?
Simon: Most probably everybody's gone there, to watch the auction at least.
Blue Phoenix: Then let's waste no time. Where do we go?
Nave: Good question, in fact this where we stand on looks like the main plaza, with paths leading into all directions.

The group looks around. Since there's nobody to ask, they need to find out themselves where exactly the auction is held.
The north path looks like it leads deeper into the town, with shops and inns and other pretty buildings.
The east path leads into a town district too, but it looks like the townsarea would soon end in that direction.
The south path leads through a valley of houses up to a hill, and the group can see a fat wooden... block in the distance.
The west path... well, that's where the group came from and there were only little side-alleys on the way.
