I'd prefer you, as the ninja (
) go hide in the tree closer to the enemy. Then, we wait. If he's getting towards us, we wait until he's between the trees --> ambush. Plan?

Just remember that enemies probably can't be seen in the bushes either.
Also, other group, should we try bluffin' our way as "weary, wet, travelers".

Blue Phoenix and Simon decide to hide behind the bushes. Simon takes the further one. Hidden inside the bushes, they wait for the guard to come their way. And so he does. Slowly he moves along the wall of the estate, not suspecting anything wrong. Just when Blue Phoenix and Simon are about to ambush him, a voice is heard.
???: Jeremy!
The guard turns around. Simon spots another guard who runs around the corner and approaches the first guard. Blue Phoenix swears.
???: Sorry for letting you wait.
Jeremy: It's alright. Look at these gloomy clouds. One could mean the world's about to end.
Lightning strikes in the distance.
???: Well, with this weather, I doubt anybody would try to attack the estate anyway. Perhaps we should just go inside...
Jeremy: No! Master Jaden has explicitly stated that we should patrol the outer walls. Also, Jim and Justin, who are patrolling the other side of the estate, are very loyal to him.
???: Fine. I could use a rest though. The day's been too hot up to now--
Blue Phoenix slowly becomes impatient. He shares eye contact with Simon. Attack or not? Even with the element of surprise on their side, things could go wrong.
...
SirFrog: I suggest we go in soon.
Nave: Yeah, let us beg for entry.
Bamboori: snorsorbet, you could train Purplecat's cute-look face.
The group decides to walk to the entrance slowly and are about to knock on the big entrance double-door when suddenly two patrolling guards spot them from the left.
??? (1): Halt! Who goes there?
SirFrog steps up and speaks.
SirFrog: We're adventurers, we've lost our way in this neighborhood and since it is going to rain soon, I thought we should have some shelter...
??? (2): So you want to enter the estate?
SirFrog: Er, yeah.
??? (2): Can't let you do without the master's consent. But lucky for you, he just came home.
The first guards steps to the entrance and opens the door. There are three additional guards standing in the entrance hall, next to the door. The guard steps in and starts to whisper to one of them, who nods and then heads inside. The guard comes back out and closes the door behind him.
??? (2): We've sent one of our men to tell Master Jaden about you adventurers. He might or might not take you in, but in either case beware, he's a little eccentric.
??? (1): Also: Do not mess with him. He can get very uncomfortable. And then you'll pay.
The guards turn around without saying anything else and go back around the corner from where they've come from.
SirFrog: Well... that was weird.
Bamboori: Hm, two guards in the entrance. Should we take them out?
Nave: The question is, how fast can they sound the alarm? Then they'll know that something's wrong, and maybe Master Jaden will hide the slaves or something.
