Suggestion: try to make the skin look like the original version. Also change the laser because red laser looks more realistic.
Davis: The color of the shirt (or jacket?) is good, but the hair doesn't really suit it.
Suggestion: Change the color of the hair (i don't know, black? or brighter brown?)
Deep: A little too red for me, but it looks cool anyway. If you feel good with it, then you don't need to change anything
Dennis: Probably the best sprite of all! the color is very well-mixed and it looks very cool.
Firen: Not much changes (yes, i can still see what you did), it looks fine anyway.
Firzen: The black hair doesn't really suit, but it's still acceptable.
Freeze: Looks really cool, but doesn't look much like.. er.. ice character.
Suggestion: you may edit the sprite with more blue.
Henry: the sprite is good, but again, the skin (i mean, the skin) is weird (too red, too hot, maybe), and i like the red arrows
Suggestion: again, try to keep the original skin color
John: Not too much changes, but it's look really cool. You don't have to change anything
Julian/justin: way too cool!!
Louis/louisEX: Looks like you've done a great job in making his armor white (i tried like thousands times and it..well.. not as good as yours)
Suggestion: try a little more shading in the hair
Rudolf: Brown hair doesn't really suit dark green clothes.
Suggestion: making the clothes black, or if you like green, try a little brighter.
Woody: it looks fine. If you're ok with it, then OK.
And faces: all faces are very cool!

And btw, if you're making a stage with these sprites, then i'm glad if those suggestions can help.

(i have a very cool bat with skin and all but i do the skin new with your batskin
when i give it now in microsoft the old bat will be damage
