Could some frames with wait: 0 increase the reg speed? Would be worth a try..
he means you should still use that beer thingy, then your mps are filled up by the beer and a little bit decrased by your mp: -XX, so you can make different mp recovery speed for every character

Character Degeneration Rate while drinking (-mp) + General Regeneration Rate (beer) = Different regeneration rates!
