This is the 'Halo-Hunter'.
Ontopic: I love this character ;D
He's so well made, even though you only used 8 sprites for the character itself!
The DCing is solid and the moves are basic, but detailed.
Plasma Howlitzer and EMP Cannon are my favourite moves (even though I don't know if you have the permission of Azriel to use/modify his explosion sprite)

I'd really like to see Hunter have a larger spritesheet though.

I think he is good! It is pretty hard to kill a hunter in halo, no? The moves aren't very strong, but it is very good imo. The sprites are amazing!
