I think it's deffinately Your comp... Don't think that id: 213 (freeze sword) can fall down, it's same like id: 200 (john ball) fall down.I don't think it's possible so it's just Your comp

if it was in stage then maybe... an enemy-freeze summoned the ice sword
that's the only possible explanaiton, but if you remember the lion forest bg(stage 1), then... uhm... actually there aren't any main chars as enemys... so I dunno

i wouldn believe myself if i remembered sth like this from 1.9
on the other hand memory issues arent all that uncommon usually resulting in resource bitmaps being mixed up (mostly the shadow graphic becoming something funny)
maybe something similar happened there - but its still very unlikely
