Recuitment is, if you have a fix mod idea, some further information and ask for other people joining the team. He simply asked for someone, who does all sprites for him...

K, i reformulate my sentence:
I would need 1 year for drawing that amount of high detailed sprites...
Of course only, after i studies arts for aout 10 years XD
