Well Taniaetc try to use less c&p cause it ruins most of pics.
The self thing made has the correct shadding except the legs have too dark and too light.
Also what program are you using to draw.

Why does cping ruin them?
I'm using Photofiltre.

hey illia don't be so harsh....remember i used to copy and paste like all the time
i think i still do....use Gimp it will totally help... ;)

RE: Taniaetc's Sprites (Not so good) - Taniaetc - 02-27-2010

@LC: I'm kinda hard to fit in GIMP, so I still use Photofiltre right now. It works fine and smooth though it has bugs.

RE: Taniaetc's Sprites (Not so good) - LutiChris - 02-27-2010

@Taniaetc
actually it's a mini-version of PhotoShop
photofilter to me seems much more complicated than gimp and not much options either...
just try it couldn't hurt, could it?

RE: Taniaetc's Sprites (Not so good) - Taniaetc - 02-28-2010

Maybe... I'm just feel funny when in gimp
off: photofiltre is not complicated, only lack of options thats all.
K, I'll take your advice, I will try gimp.

here is some advise, take a stance, but save colors dark and light, that u want and put it off to the side
allways start off with dark colors before u get into detail....it makes more sense tht way

Dont!
Just dont!
GIMP has many functions and is quite easy to use + it has a friendly interface not that cold photoshop one

RE: Taniaetc's Sprites (Not so good) - Taniaetc - 02-28-2010

@Hacker: I actually started spriting with PAINT and the result is FAIL since I can only have 2 colors, no blur etc. Then I downloaded Photofiltre and started to "know how to use" it.
I just hate the layer system in GIMP and am quite confused with it.
Topic: New sprite! Gordon!
