What ever you did to get the "source code" probably involved a bunch of people spending hours writing scripts and stuff to deobfuscate it :\, and it's not the real source code ... just peoples interpretation of it. All identifiers are made up . Edit: Also : http://mineserver.be that is way cooler than the original server. It's written in C++ instead of java so it doesn't have the worst possible performance ever. It just won't download any jar files into AppData/.minecraft without you being a premium user . Wasn't always the case though since I remember being able to play without pirating it or paying, just couldn't play online . Edit: vv : i dont mean the classic version... The old Classic versions are free to play ^^ Even a Multiplayer Version.
