When you don't know how to draw stuff yourself, then at least look for something of decent quality. This is called "Photomanipulation".
In this context, look for images that are of sufficient quality (and by that, I mean something which won't look awkwardly pixelated when being used in-game) and stitch those together. Gives a much better result.
