For a first sprite it's actually pretty good.
Shading isn't great. Also we ca see bat's head there.

Nice try buddy! You can still improve and create a sprite which is better tan this if you improve your shading.

Try to observe other sprites by people like apoc, sieg, PF etc...
adopt their shading style and soon you will be one of the best...

that is much more than i can do
however gogogo improve ur spriting skills!
offtopic: still didnt try spriting! xD but at least i improved a little in DCing: i know how to attach a sprite to the right frame! xD
