I think the 2nd rule is a very bad idea:

They are just power effects to make it look cool

Well, what's the meaning of my post?
I think the rules need to be changed.
Firstly: The sprite needs to be fully original and totally made by yourself
Then: LF2 STYLE (we are in a sub-forum of Little FIghter, don't we?)

And eventually this contest will mean something ;)
