well there is also something weird, when you die. If you then press space too soon, so the "old" enemies are still there, you get hit by them, but can't hit them. Happened to me a lot, blame my impatience.

Where can I see ur game? the only link I could see in your post was that truploader page which doesn't have anything to download.

the game should load there, so you play on the page without saving the download into your computer. I didn't make a preloader ^^ so it will be blank until it finished loading

As for the invincibility bug: So far, I only encountered it right from the very start of a "round" never after one or two hits. Could be coincidence, though.

when you hold the space for 10 sec. you get the invincibility bug

Aha XD I know!
When you get hit, you become temporarily invincible and then the animation play. At the end of the animation, you become vulnerable again. If we restart during the animation, and the animation doesn't reach the end, we will still be invincible xD .

But i was playing only 4 times, later I'll try once again.

@Kevin: It would be nice, if you could make better models of ship (?), enemies and also background. Give them textures + maybe change some form.
