1 thing-(i think that everybody can agreed with me) ther is no point of making sprite like this. Drawing isnt fast job, you need time for it...(if you think about thread like hari's then u wrong cause hari put his "limit" but art become fail

right, I'm glad that you didn't get such posts when you were new at spriting, otherwise you probably wouldn't sit on this high horse of yours right now and be able to post so gallantly.
Also if you want to be offensive (which you undoubtedly think is right to be at this moment) then at least write your offence in proper english.
Besides.. everyone here besides the admins is kind of replaceable, so saying that we don't need his thread is laughable. We don't really need anyone here, if you want to go around and point fingers while saying "don't need you, you and you".
@Erbuslayer:
How about trying to invest more time on one piece of art? You would definitely improve faster if you try everything your skill level has to offer. I like the angle you choose for the Firen art. Keep it up!

use different color of background...and more contrast..(for skin put more oranger color,that will give him realistic skin)

Please dont use gradients or dodge/burn tool. Spend a little time choosing colors and also their shades.Do them all along with brush. And when I had some doubts in using LAB sliders for choosing shades, Blph suggested DONT NEVER EVER use it :P .

dodge and burn tool use for adding light effect(on already made art(at the end))
