Finally made it to stage 3-5 with Dennis, then died to LouisEX's D>A.

I'm lucky I got good enemy hero spawns and they isolated themselves more often. I did free the Bandit/Hunter in 3-3 to act as distraction for 3-4(they died after about 2 bosses). I also decided to be a bit more patient and wait for my dark HP to recover and took out Mark if I can't isolate the hero. You'd notice I used D>A and D>J a lot, and I'm wary of ice balls.
Ultimately lost 3-5 as LouisEX is vicious and there is minimal HP recovery before fighting him.
