So, my computer is Windows 7.
Just download the XP version of MS Paint if that's what you want to use.
There are different options people posted like Krita and Adobe Flash. Don't limit yourself to what 1 person says.
Explore your options and choose which application best fits your needs.

MS Paint is the simple paint program that comes along with all versions of Microsoft Windows.
So basically, you don't have to buy that.
