I would rather structure it without those scales, simply because we as judges should only pick top 3 anyhow so using the scales as an obligatory part is abundant imo. Not that I am against other judges using scales as their own way to examine the quality and creativity, it's just that they aren't essential.
The scales would also not promote communication between the judges, which I think is the most interesting part about judging together with someone else.
The judges should also be fine with only being able to win a People's choice. I feel like a third judge also wouldn't fill any useful function: The collective opinion of two is not too much less diverse than three. A third judge would also make the communication much more difficult.
EDIT: I am 100% pro judges publicly commenting and criticizing all the sprites though, that should be obligatory. Or at least a collective statement on the sprites.

Why dont you make it just smaller? You now look like Freezeloverandpossiblyexpert's clone. I would recommend it making it shorter 15 pixels horizontally and 20 pixels vertically.

EDIT: I think this would be the worst sprites entry cuz of the faces drawn!
But, I want some tips to improve my mistakes so plz tell me more and more things so I can improve myself!

Even if it's resized.. they don't look like sprites.. they look like drawings/paintings.
Sprites are more spritish
