i still find it wrong he cann't have shading in one side of the belly and over the whole chest.
also pants are too high doesn't he have a d**k?

Tried to fix the shading:

need more shading on stomach,now he looks like he have 3 light sheets of metal and one darker

@Whaat,instead of trying to say something against me,better try concretate on ur sprites shading,once i thinked u are cool spriter,but now i changed my mind

Maybe becouse you have already surpassed me in spriting D: ?


I tried to sum all tips. LF2 styled, better shading, more details, etc.
So i made this D:

shading is nice
face looks like s**t
first of all face is squashed
iris are way to small
and he has no facial feturs like a nose or a mouth

Face is squashed, how to fix it? Add more shading layers to face?
He has nose and mouth but seems like they aren't very visible :/

Eyes are a bit better, BUT:
- mouth is still barely visible
- no separation between chin and chest (as in: no neck and no contrast between the aforementioned)
- hair-shape implies a skull which is awkwardly leaned backwards (just let the hair stretch a bit more to the right to fix that)
- eyes.... (yes, still :P) Their alignment gives the char somewhat an o_O expression where one eye is a tad lower than the other.

Head looks too large comparing to other parts of body. + Unnatural (looking) position of arms. And hell waaay too small feet.

Oh, i forgot to tell that it's how i make the heads :/ i leave them little larger than they should be, sprite them, and then resize, that way i can draw eyes and other stuff i need training with better D:

Well, that may just look so since you are preferring to the too big head, but if they still look too small after i have resized the head, i will make them bigger.

one this id complain about your sprites is that you always make their eyes like this:

better practice on that, the eyes you make now look static.
