The lower portion of the robes move too abruptly, but the animation otherwise works well.
(EDIT: Mostly referring to how it covers the shoes, its really noticeable.)

The shapes are consistent throughout
great job man. The right arm(to us) is pulsating a bit in the bigger version though it's barely noticeable in the smaller one. Kudos!

back in 1999 people didnt really have quad hd screens.
really liking the sprite. you might want to fix that green pixel on his left foot.
