ill just requote the rule i posted:

(i just thought it would be easier, and well, be more with the Pixel art theme.)
This is basically so you dont down-size it, and create auto anti-aliasing. (though, i think shrinking images in MS-paint will be ok, and wont give you auto-anti aliasing)
