Tanietc I suggest that you use similar colors when you sprite, have one normal, one darker, and one lighter. You need to improve on what colors you chose to shade okay.

@Elias: I think the shading colours are already fine, I apply that 3-coloured method to hairs and armours:
But only normal and darker in other types.

Tried to resprite the axe, but FAILED. I moved his eyes up a bit, added more beard and fixed shading.
