It is made to throw on jumping only!
then how come i saw screenie of them being thrown from the ground? and how do i hit anyone with it? isn't it kinda redundant?

This is edited by me! and also it is not redundant as it is made to work best with 5 combo attacks of Woody. and hitting by it is not that difficult.

@phil: Kinda ^^ Just not as extreme as you overstated it :P

This is because, an exe compresses the file much more that a zip file. :D (alright?)

I guess he's just trying to write "officially" and "correctly". ;)
@Saga,
My suggestions:
-Characters are still unbalanced (well well well most of the chars here are able to beat each other in something like 15 seconds...)
-Improve sprites a bit, especially face pics; some of them are too blurry, some are inaccurately recolored...
-I know that you're trying to make it better, but try to improve DATA files as well as sprites - be a little more creative
