zomg the eyes are like overly obstructing my view...they're huge! (well thats chibi for ya)
idk i allways find it a bit useless to draw an anime character with such enormous features with a lack of detail...at such a size (thats why u see a majority of them small incomparison, a bit rushed to get the message out)
i'd say work on the overal composition...
keep practicing on proportions and things like that...
it's better if u start improving on certain area u have difficulty in than when thats resolved u can do the same thing with the rest...
