Those fire and lava effects are impressive!
Lovely and smooth!
Great work on the sprites btw, they have a great consistency.
A move i'd love to see:
He curls back for a second and then SPEWS lava out of his mouth or something like that :P
Or, he has a temporary fire punch mode, when all his punches and kicks are now filled with fire/lava! Might be a laugh...

You simply cannot give a date or time the character will be finished. Especially not when someone's working on a character with good sprites or data, because it takes more time.. God knows how much time it will take. Could be days, weeks, months or years.
