The problem is,it does not look like a girl,the right hand looks like an arrow,you should make it more smoother and give the hair a good shape look at other lf2 characters,more shading is required on the hair,the pants are shaded quite okay.More shading is also required on her shoes.

how about,you try do spend more time on sprite with all shading and try to make more sprites,then we you wont need to post one by one sprite
