RE: RPG Adventure: The Return! - Bamboori - 06-07-2009 C, if we fail A (though it wont be a suprise then :P) RE: RPG Adventure: The Return! - The Lost Global Mod - 06-07-2009 agreed. i am with you bamboori.
RE: RPG Adventure: The Return! - Drahcir - 06-07-2009 Continue as planned. RE: RPG Adventure: The Return! - SirFrog - 06-08-2009 sure RE: RPG Adventure The Return! - Ramond - 06-11-2009 Blue Phoenix: Damn, there is no way out. SirFrog: We'll need to try to make a deal. Phil wants to throw something in, but Blue Phoenix and SirFrog already walk towards the guard with their hands up. Phil: No! Wait! sadbhav follows them, doing the same. Phil looks at Bamboori and Drahcir and holds them back. Phil: They won't deal. I know them. But we can't hold the others back anymore. Apparently Blue Phoenix himself notices he did a mistake; but it was too late. Quickly he turns around and gives Phil, Bamboori and Drahcir a sign to run. Phil: Quick, let's go! Drahcir: We can't leave them behind! Phil: They'll save us some time! Now go! --- Guard: Freeze! Blue Phoenix: We come in peace. Guard: I don't care. Hands up. Blue Phoenix: Are you despiting the fact they are already? Guard: Oh shut up and come with me! With incredible speed, he suddenly sidejumps behind Blue Phoenix' and the others' backs. Some more guards appear. Guard: Move or I'll slice your cockles. sadbhav: Great... Blue Phoenix: Are you taking us to your leader? No answer, but they start walking towards the camp, their arms still in the air. --- Phil, Bamboori and Drahcir continue to run into the direction of Germany. Phil: We could be there any minute but we should be careful not to get ambushed. Bamboori: Why don't we go back and save them? Phil: They're too many. Drahcir: But they're gonna die! Phil: We can't do anything for them. Just be careful. After two minutes, the forest ends. And a very faint light source can be spotted in near distance. Phil: That's Germany! Move! Bamboori: Honestly, I think we should go back! Phil: No... please, I tell you. The gang consists out of about 40 bandits from what I've heard. Drahcir: ... They go on. Any plans when you reach the town? # The Inn # The Item Shop (Drug Store) # Weapon and Armor store # The Tavern # Magic Store # some other building or place... --- Blue Phoenix, SirFrog and sadbhav are forced into a big tent. ???: Well, well, well! Blue Phoenix: You must be bandit leader. Bandit Leader: If you call me like that. SirFrog: Let us go, we have a lot of work to do. Bandit Leader: Guards, remove their weapons. Blue Phoenix tries to resist, but both guards grab his arms and turn them around his back. Bandit Leader: So you want to make a deal, hm? SirFrog: How could you guess? Bandit Leader: It's obvious. You would have died if not. sadbhav: So what do you want? Bandit Leader: Give me all your possessions. And you're free to go. Blue Phoenix: ...no, I don't think so! Bandit Leader: Then you'd be forced to die. It's weird... the leader seems to be incredibly calm... The weapons are lying on the floor. What now? A) Pick up the weapons (costs 1 turn) and fight leader and 2 guards (might alarm other bandits from outside). B) Deal. Give them all your possessions. C) No deal, but continue negotiating. D) Taunt them. E) Your own suggestions... Book of Knowledge (items were split according to parties) It's night-time. (12:36 AM) RE: RPG Adventure: The Return! - SirFrog - 06-11-2009 E), Throw a Fire Bolt into the leaders face. (I don't need to pick up weapons, i have maaagic (could be classed as A, depending on point of view. I won't however pick up my puny dagger, won't help me much.) RE: RPG Adventure: The Return! - TheNave - 06-11-2009 Psst! Phil, Bamboori & Drahcir... go to the Tavern when you reach germany! *hint* RE: RPG Adventure: The Return! - Bamboori - 06-11-2009 the item shop, afterwards the tavern^^ oh, and i take on the bow, the quiver and take the arrows
RE: RPG Adventure: The Return! - The Lost Global Mod - 06-11-2009 going to the TAVERN ! :P RE: RPG Adventure: The Return! - Silverthorn - 06-11-2009 *applying pure logic* SirFrog, when you shoot a fire bolt, it'll be bright (hugh, Phoenix has spoken). Bright = signal. Signal = others get alarmed. Others alarmed = potential risk of help on enemies' side. Ergo: no bolts. What other options do we have? We were 5-6 and got into trouble when we fought 4. Now we're 3 vs. 3 (where I suspect the leader to be much stronger than the others). Plus, no weapons --> less damage we can make --> longer fight --> higher chance of attracting more bandits. However, we can manage an intrigue among the bandits. Means: one guy talks to the leader (pretty much to catch his attention) while the other two are waiting outside the tent and trying to convince bandits to fight on our side. Something like: "your leader is being selfish; don't you see that he just care for himself and his wealth?" etc etc etc Now, I'd say we should start negotiating. Any opposition? |
