I think you sinmplified shading too much, especially at torso and hair area.

Well yeah that's for sure, but i don't see clear pattern.. i can't figure out where you imagined your light source to be, It looks as if you used different light source for head (hair, forehead) and body (clavicles, left arm)

Hair is great. His right leg bothers me a little and left hand could be a little bigger.
