Nah, it's fine. If you're going for a pony tail look, take a look at Rudolf, since yours looks like a little girls pony tail to the side. Just take a 1-2 pixels of the end of the pony tail, so it doesn't pop out.

Mitsuguri from Soul Calibur I see, certainly one of your better sprites as well. Seems like you're really churning out the top quality sprites now my friend.
Arms may seem a little short from my opinion, but you've got his broadness, clothing, hairstyle and one epic beard in there. So all I can really say is, well done and keep up the good work Littlebob.
I look forward to seeing more of your work.

If you're going for a crossed arms, you should have one of the arms overlapping the other. It looks like one of those monks with their hands in their opposite sleeve.
What's that exactly holding the hammer? Like a weed or stick? XD
