Really love the secret massage of DesignHeaven though, assuming I actually didn't interpret to much into it. But given I'm the game admin, i'm probably biased.
Day 2 is over, PM's are going out.
Day 3 started, you can send your action as soon as your passive rumor PM comes in.
Be advised the 'Check Archives' action is now officially part of the ruleset. As the action cannot be used on day 1 & 2 in first place, it does not affect the previous gameplay. And yeah, you might not want to use it in 3 or 4 either...

Btw, I got pointed at a slight flaw:
'Agent Beta' is of course supposed to be labelled 'Agent Bravo'. I hope I nowhere wrote 'Gamma' instead of 'Charlie', though, damn greek alphabet...
Whenever you read Agent Beta in the Game PM's, consider it equal to Agent Bravo, it's the same.
