Haha, yeah, Russian goalkeeper Akinfeev had great game until that goal.

Well, Spain is out now. You can be sure they won't screw up you again. (do not bet on Spain - Australia, everything is possible!) :P

well i expected that spain-chile would go 2-1 or 0-2 :p

im surprised from holland playing so bad, austrialia was trying much more (at least in the first half). then i i didnt saw the second one coz i lost the bet and money (i put 2-2|3+).

and as it was expected croatia won but i seriously didnt thought 4-0 lol.

i am a brazil fan and i am not satisfy with their game :((((

Colombia won Ivory coast 2-1 i think.....

Now as im Greek i really want us to beat Japan... then we will have only to win Ivory coast...i think.... 2004 European champions can do it....or maybe not.... we'll see in 3 hours from now....

Yup. I am impressed by Colombia. They have on every position at least one good player who plays in good Europe team. Also i like their direct style of play where Cuadrado and James Rodriguez doing an awesome job. Gutierrez has failed today but still they were really dangerous in front of goal.

Well, Greece is far away from 2004 generation with Nikopolidis, etc. They are in the process of rejuvenating the team. Karagunis, Samaras, Katsouranis(...) days are over.
Anyway It's gonna be a tough match. As it always with Greeks. For me, Japan seems to be slightly better. But in football everything is possible. Lets enjoy once again.

Uruguay won over England 2-1. Suarez was absolutely brilliant! Best strike at the moment! Better than Messi, Van Persie and so on.

Yes thats true... we got many experienced, but kinda old players... well like 2004, Greek's win was a surprise...i think that the champions will be a surprise as well...we already got some surprises... Spain for example...
Well!!!! Greece-Japan 0-0... we were with 10 players ...we need a win with over 2 goals difference against Ivory coast!

Croatia lost 1-3 against Mexico. I feel so strange dont know how to describe it :/ Bit disapointing but relief in same time.
They had more power at the end of the game..(Modrić, Rakitić(...) went through long and hard season) We looked so tired.. BUT
We left the trace! Our mission is done in Brazil.
Now we have to turn to Euro 2016.. i am pretty exciting about it 'cuze i am pretty sure i will take a place at the stadium and cheer for "Vatreni"!!!

We got first knockout matches
Brazil - Chile - i think Neymar will decide this game too. :P
and
Netherlands - Mexico - This is gonna be a epic match! Both very good teams. Both play direct style of play, don't have possession, fast football..

EDIT: One interesting fact..
Did you know if Argentina won 1-0 over Nigeria... and Iran won 1-0 over Bosnia. Iran and Nigeria will have same numbers. They'll be 2nd in the group with - 4 points 1 goal scored and 1 goal conceded. Their match ended a draw. So how will fifa decide who will pass? Will be decided by a coin toss!! hahaha

Greece is winning Ivory Coast 1-0.... Nice!!!! We had one more nice opportunity with Cholevas, but we have already changed 2 players... But Japan-Colombia 1-1....we need Japan to lose in order for us to continue at this world cup... wish us luck...:p (these at the first half)

WOOOW; WHAT THE THRILLER MATCH!.. just amazing! :DD

Brazil went over Chile after penalty kicking.
Brazil could failed in 120 minute if Pinilla's ball was just few inches lower. He hit woodwork. (and few minutes after he missed penalty feel so sorry).
Statically Brazil was better, but Chile were labored more on the pitch.
Draw didn't cuddle them at all. First they had to throw out current world champions and now they almost did same with host.
Any thoughts?

Colombia - Uruguay.
I am cheering for Colombia cuze they play beautiful football lead by James Rodriguez and Cuardrado.
Also i see them as favorite here because of the same reason i said and beacuse Suarez is out hahaha. He got banned for 9 international games and for 4 months of football in liverpool. Hell be back around November.
