RE: Blue Phoenix's Computer Graphics - Hypermodder - 08-23-2008 Wow! those are great! great work dude, keep it up!^^ I realy like the universe scenes, wanna see more of this! Btw, most of the pics are fiting to my next 2 lf2-storys- LF2- The sun chronicals ep1 -Taken LF2- The sun chronicals ep2 -The revenge (A short version of the first one you can read in my contest-thread!)^^ I decided to start those project soon, nearby i'll work on LFU... (because LFU is a longtimeproject and will be like LF3 or sth like that....I will completely change the LF2-engine for LFU!) RE: Blue Phoenix's Computer Graphics - Silverthorn - 08-30-2008 got a it into picture taking/stitching/doing semi-realistic CGIs :P Feel free to guess which picture is stitched, painted, and shot (well, I think it's pretty obvious^^) ![]() The picture I'm currently working on will take a looong time till I finish it.... but I will finish it... eventually... RE: Blue Phoenix's Computer Graphics - Zhyhm.Z - 09-01-2008 Very cool drawing! (sorry for not having comments earlier )I like the nature drawing, but it seems that you're focusing on the universe. (planets, stars, explosions, etc) I prefer it with more living creatures (ex: human )
RE: Blue Phoenix's Computer Graphics - Zabobula - 09-03-2008 (03-12-2008, 12:08 AM)Blue-Phoenix Wrote: (click to enlarge) The asteroid one. What did you use to make that? I wanna guess and say 3D max. RE: Blue Phoenix's Computer Graphics - Silverthorn - 09-03-2008 Sorry, had to crop your post a bit, the quote was a little too long... You guessed and it was wrong! :P I always use Photoshop for that kind of images
RE: Blue Phoenix's Computer Graphics - Zabobula - 09-03-2008 I was close? lol That's pretty good for Photoshop. No I take that back. That's REALLY good for Photoshop. Check out my first planet I made in Photoshop. ![]() Tell me wath you think of it BP. RE: Blue Phoenix's Computer Graphics - Silverthorn - 09-03-2008 well, partially, it looks good, especially the top left side. What needs to be revised is the shadow in the bottom-right corner. It is pretty easy to do planets of that kind, if you know how to do them. There are (surprise, surprise!) more difficult ways, of course. I think, assuming that I know your working steps, you need to start all over again to remove that shadow. Here, use this tutorial, it's by far the best on creating that kind of planets ![]() clicky RE: Blue Phoenix's Computer Graphics - Zabobula - 09-04-2008 U wanna know something funny? I used that one. But I had a little mix up with erasing that atmosphere level. I couldn't use the airbrush as the erasing tool. Or rather...I don't know how. RE: Blue Phoenix's Computer Graphics - Silverthorn - 09-04-2008 hmmm, just take a fuzzy brush as the eraser tool (this 300px brush) and gently remove the atmosphere layer (it might be even better if you use an opacity <50%)
RE: Blue Phoenix's Computer Graphics - Silverthorn - 09-29-2008 *bump* time for some new ones again ![]()
