RE: Frost - progress - prince_freeza - 05-22-2015 haha up until this morning the punching had 6 frames actually: ![]() thought i'd follow the standard 4 frame punching, but no problemo i could go back with 6 frames if that looks better.. i'll include that in the next update. next up in progress: - super punch and dash attack. RE: Frost - progress - Gad - 05-22-2015 Running frames are kinda confusing. I'm not sure which way should it go: ![]() RE: Frost - progress - prince_freeza - 05-22-2015 its not that i never noticed that the running animation looks awkward\wrong but seeing how many kept telling me how they liked the old Frost so i based his current running on the old one which was based on Julian in the first place. ![]() anyhow, i shall fix those legs.. would something like this be alright?! ![]() RE: Frost - progress - A-Man - 05-22-2015 Doesn't look good; try to make it more masculine. Perhaps legs should spread out more? The right arm movement seems exaggerated also. RE: Frost - progress - Marko - 05-22-2015 Last update is perfectly fine(the one without legs completed), just right arm goes too forward/up in last frame, little bit. RE: Frost - progress - prince_freeza - 05-24-2015 hows this? ![]() RE: Frost - progress - Gad - 05-24-2015 better closer colder RE: Frost - progress - Memento - 05-24-2015 I just think there's too little swinging of his left arm, the range of motion should be about the same. Other than that it's good! edit: V it bothers me even a bit more in game actually x] RE: Frost - progress - A-Man - 05-24-2015 You could as well infer he's right-handed. That's how people usually walk/run from what I've seen. I like the new running animation. RE: Frost - progress - prince_freeza - 05-25-2015 appreciate the feedback everyone, @Memento no worries will fix that. here's how it looks in game so far: ![]() ![]() also, working on d>a and ball sprites. |
