Remember that you need installed net framework 4.

I'm designing program in 32bit environment. But programm should run in 64bit-enviroment.

check the libraries (i'm thinking one of the dlls might be incompatible, sometimes there's separate 32 bit and 64 bit dlls for the same library)

^ That error message says the program is already running...
Works for me though (Windows XP, 32 bit), though with a bit of a longer startup time.
