But indeed, the lower area of the shirt does make him look a little chubby. There's this round shading in his lower right part, and a weird bulge on his left side of the shirt. I believe these are the two things that make him bigger than he was supposed to be.
I played a little around with the lower area. (That sounds naughty, huhuhuu.)

legs!! are thinner than arm(out of porportion), and they are to short(maybe you wanna do that??)
and legs are in wrong angel...
