better than the previous ones.but i dont understand his shirt,try to do less details on the torso.and his eyes are kinda weird,i know the right eye is cut.about the hair:the shading is not done properly

I think you need to realize where to start shading hair ( you moved dark part too much to front)


Of it's waaay more complex than that, but that's a thing I think you need to understand.
You can even try googling some stuff and simply copy the shading.
