Pretty nice. Especially the wings are well done. On the other hand, however, it needs an explanation before I can call it "evil boss". The colour scheme is unusual

He likes looking at himself as a person who is doing what's best for the people, or at least give others that impression. He is the greatest ruler of the Empire, which consists of several states, in one which the Little Fighters live.
