(by the way, I think wait 2 should do it for the blasts' hitting/hiting/rebounding frames)

Wait, am I gravedigging? If yes, go on disposal this.
As for the Destructo Disc, I just removed the next from the last frame of the effect and set it to 1000. And in the main char data, I put another opoint for the main flying frames after the effect is finished. That way, after hit, the disc wont be launched.

if you want to make krillin a little shorter use skretch and screw optionto make him small and in this way his head will also become small

it will not take any time just you need to do is to reduce his size by skretch and screw option
and reduce frame size in data
